the C.O. Frightfully hot.

Sent load of tools to the C.O. 302 R. Coy. Very busy in camp.

June 17th Sunday Intensely hot. Gas drill, bathing afterwards. Wrote Jessie and Cox & Co.

June 18th Up at 5:30 A.M. Sent my men breakfast. Cycled to WARLUS, DUISANS, etc. Very hot. Thunder showers. Sent Feb duplicate Coy rolls to satisfy paymaster. Had a letter from Jacob Lowry and one from Capt Chapman. Quite cool.

June 19th Very busy all day. Evening showery.

June 20th " " " " " Wrote Aunt Emma.

June 21st Busy all day in Orderly Room.

June 22nd Walked to WARLUS and DUISANS with Sgt. Lewis. Caught in a heavy shower of rain, wet through. Great deal of rain all day. Wrote Jessie.

June 23rd Very busy seeing D.A,D.L. and R.T.O. Was told I had a new Coy.
