To Mrs. H.O. Allen

I told you with my last that I was going up to the Theater to have my leg straightened. Well I've been! It was found that in spite of all the pulling, my muscles has not stretched enough & the bones were overlapping & had started to knit. Consequently the leg had to be rebroken & pulled into shape by main force. Of course I didn't know any thing about it as I was under Ether, but I knew all about it when
