Dear Madam:

With further reference to the marginally noted Decoration, recently received at these District Headquarters, kindly be advised that it is the intention of the General Officer Commanding to make a tour of the District sometime in the spring when he will present any Decorations that are on hand.

If, however, you do not desire this Decoration held until such time, kindly state whether you wish same forwarded by registered mail.
