THIS IS TO CERTIFY that No. 339704 (Rank) Dvr. Name (in full) Ellison Vernon Etherington enlisted in the 68th, Bty.C.F.A. CANADIAN EXPEDITIONARY FORCE at Vancouver on the 5th. day of May 1917

HE served in 52nd. Bty. 13th. Bde. C.F.A. England & France and is now discharged from the service by reason of Demobilization.

THE DESCRIPTION OF THIS SOLDIER on the date below is as follows: AGE 20 yrs 1 mo Height 5 ft. 7¾ins. Complexion Fair Eyes Blue Hair Lt. Brown Marks or Scars Scar on forehead V.E.
