My Dear Elizabeth.

Your very welcome letter came to-day and I was glad to hear from you Harry Williams letter came also and I will forward it tonight.

Things are going along same as usual. It is getting cold now so it is more monotonous as a fellow has to keep moving to keep warm.

Nearly all the reserves are empty now and we are waiting for the conscripts to be sent along. It's a cinch that the Union Gov- are going to get in, so we are not worrying at all. If Laurier did happen to be elected I
