so I will be able to see him when I go back. Nothing exciting happened last week. I was on the night shift and slept most of the day we changed over to day. The short spell of wet weather is over now and it has been lovely the last couple of days. It is really wonderful for this country and we certainly appreciate it. I had a letter from Betty (Forester) just after she returned from Vernon so I got quite a lot of news from Vernon this week.
