church parade as usual at 9 o'clock. The Battery is improving every time it goes out. The Roman Catholics have a parade of their own, but all the others go together. The Government has a pamphlet with the forms of service. It is nearly all Church of England. A "Y" man gives a short address of about ten minutes in duration. we are allowed to sit down on the grass, but most of the fellows lie down. The whole service doesn't last more than ¾ of an hour.
