some icicles today. The boys at the front are having very cold and wet weather. A fellow certainly feels it out there. I am very lucky in missing it all.

If I get a commission I am going to see if it is possible to get into the Royal Naval Air Service, it is certainly one of the best branches of the service and very interesting too, but it is awfully hard to get into. I hope that you are all well and happy. I will write again soon.
