install a new Plant in the South Sea Islands but their doctor told him not to go. Aline, the baby is fine, and wonderfully active and full of spirits, Anna also is well. I am very well and strong, am walking some of the fat off of me, with running about here, morning and evening. Louis nearly always comes for me in the evening as they ride, if nothing else is doing. Emma and Louis look fine. He owns, with another man, the Lumber business he has been in for years, the older man died last winter.

Bess and John had to stay in South Haven as John has the measles, but I hope she can come home this week. Price is at Emma's and Lincoln went on an auto trip to [illegible] Rock, for over Sunday. Harry is asleep, being up tired him and his wound had to be probed this morning. Remember us both to all; I am sorry that Arthur cannot be with you, With love from us both.
