Louis Palmer until we came here. Ernest has gone to Colorado on a vacation now. Some of Harry's friends were to start this noon for Southern Calif. in their Packard car. Will be nearly a month on the way. Two of his intimate friends are married and living near to Will, so we will have them for neighbors. I want to learn to run the electric or the gas car when I go out there, so we can go about without a driver.

Bert and family are very well. I do not know why you think he is poorly. I hope that operation on his nose will keep him well. He is working for the Government, as they use and control all the Wireless Plants, and the Federal is the largest on the Pacific Coast. They wanted to send him to
