in the excitement as to whether there is to be a coalition, an election, or a long and determined Parliamentary fight. Amid it all let me assure you - you have not been forgotten and I have on mind your story of Vancouver and its doings. I am [illegible] a moment to say a word to you. I am afraid all my well laid plans as to your father coming East have gone aglee. All the voting men have been here the last week and they tell me that the gouh [?] have decided to absolutely stop voting until after the war. and they are making all effort to get permission to hold the autumn meetings
