at any time and absolute hell during the recent cold weather which has been unusually severe. We are fearfully busy here being very short of officers, we have about 2000 men and send them all over the world in drafts to Garrison Bns India, France, Malta, Egypt - anywhere - . Thanks for the Toast - I like it - presumably it is intended for the use of youngish (?) ladies or possibly lightish and youngish ladies. There is no news from here
