John Jukes retired[?] with appendicitis some months ago. Bimbo got a very nice blighty[?] & has I believe now got a bomb proof job in Angus' outfit. As for me, after 2 yrs trench work with a Fld Coy. I'm very tired of it. One of my best officers was knocked out last week , shot thro' the lung -
