have to get photographed without her.

My mails take an awful time coming now and they came through here in a sealed bag that goes all the way up to Lemnos where it is sorted and then comes down again; so I get mine a fortnight after they arrive at Malta. What do you think of the way they got off the men from the Peninsula with only three casualties? It was a good bit of work. No one here seems to take much interest in what is going on in France, I am not surprised, if only people knew of what is going on out here. I think that you will probably all be very much surprised before long.

Best love and good luck

Yours ever

Jack Cordington
