Well Dodie old girl, jolly nice getting your long letter of the 27th. send me another one. I had heard about Ursula "Run critters you women" Well my dear let me see if I can amuse you. Of course the letter will team with I s. The ego is rather predominant out here. To start with the reason I got to Paris was because 8 of us officers were sent ahead as landing officers for the Division. We landed at Havre & then proceeded to another port which you probably know but we are not allowed to say. Paris was enroute & believe me, 7 hours in Paris was good. So was I. The kilt is a great attraction both in Paris & also Nantes where I was. So much so that I was offered large sums by the
