Flood Damage at Galt

Galt, Ont., March 8. - Damage running into thousand of dollars was caused here yesterday when the annual flood of the Grand River carried away railings and flooring of two bridges and swamped many house cellars.

New Spanish Premier

Madrid, March 8. - Jose Sanchez Guerra, President of the Chamber of Deputies, has accepted an invitation of King Alfonso to form a new cabinet to take the place of that headed by Antonio Maura, which resigned yesterday.
