myself and my doings when there are so many interesting things to tell you about.

Do you remember Pat O'Brien? Perhaps you have heard of his great escape from Germany. Well, I met him in the Regent Palace Hotel yesterday and had lunch with him to-day. He is a most modest chap and I had to pump him like "the dickens" to get his story, but it was worth while. I can tell you it was good to see his face again. He is going back to America on three months leave. In case he gets out to Victoria, I have given him your address and instructions to call on you as
