off with the gentleman's prize. Tommy's muse, Sister Denyes and an English girl, Miss Martin, donned R.F.C. uniforms and looked quite smart. It was really wonderful, the affects produced with the small amount of material available. There were sailors, stewards, nurses, negroes, Turks, Arabs, bucaneers, Bowery toughs, and several very masculine looking young ladies who were to be seen smoking cigars or cigarettes. We played games and danced, though our dancing was confined to one-stepping as the rolling of the boat interfaced with the rhythm of the waltz or two-step.
