District of Cassiar Province of British Columbia Canada

An Inquisition indented taken at [Kenora?] British Columbia, the 27th day of March in the forty third year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lady Victoria, before me, John B Lowell, gentleman, one of the Coroner for our Lady the Queen, for the District aforesaid, upon the view of the body of Ah Tzov a Chinaman then and there and within the jurisdiction of the said Coroner, lying dead, upon the oaths of Morris Moss, James Chapman, H N Steele, C S Kelly, [J?] J Kent, Justin [Casle?], six good and lawful men of British Columbia aforesaid, in the said District of Cassiar, who being now here sworn and charged to enquire, on the part of our said Lady the Queen, when, where, how, and after what manner, the said Ah Tzov a Chinaman came to his death, do say upon their oath, that we find the deceased came to his death from the effects of injuries re-cieved
