Head very bad today - and wish people would leave me alone. Topsail schooner loaded with lumber passes 9 am - fog sets in at nightfall.
Reading Dumas 'Three Musketeers' - foggy by intervals - passed steamer 10 am 15 miles North of us.
Considerable sea today & many sick. Captain used to be on Lusitania.
