I wrote to Mother a few days ago from the line, the next day we were relieved by another Battery and we have been in Billets the last 2 days and I am enjoying absolute comfort once more. B Gad I am glad to get out for a bit, It's great to get a decent wash and change of clothing once again. Had my first bath, such as it was, the other day.
