are pretty good looking lot but their mounted Infantry are a joke, to look at anyhow as most of them are mounted on donkeys [illegible] inferior quality - I hear some of the sentries up the line were carried off by wolves. Sounds pretty interesting but they will have some job carrying me far. A-mail in today but devil a leter for me however I will get one on Xmas day if I am lucky - I got a good one on the boat but letters take almost 6 weeks to reach me here.
