are pretty good looking lot but their mounted Infantry are a joke, to look at anyhow. As most of them are mounted on donkeys [?] inferior quality. I hear some of the sentries up the line were carried off by wolves. Sounds pretty interesting but they will have some job carrying [?] far. A-mail in today but devil a leter for me however I will get one on Xmas day if I am lucky. I got a good one on the boat but letters take almost 6 weeks to reach me here.
