Dear Erroll,

I hear the mail may go off tomorrow morning so heres a scrawl to let you know I am on dry land again.

We disembarked [yesterday?] after [lying?] in London over a week and are now about three miles outside Salonika in a camp. Dont know when we start up for the front but hope pretty soon.
