A state of war exists between Austria & Serbia. The war clouds that have been darkening over the face of the political world for an indefinite period of years, have burst at last, and the "Weltkrieg" or World War is upon us. After ominous rumblings of distant thunder came the rain of telegrams & "extras", until the usually spick & span streets of Dresden were littered with the small white sheets.
