I came too. My old [muscels?] where very tough & obstinate & I had a very nasty time of it for three or four days. Every body was most awfully kind & sympathetic. Even the head matron came down & said how awfully sorry she was for me. However I feel I am better at length The leg is not paining much now only spadsmotically and my general health has gone back to normal. [Mole?] was in yesterday he had heard from Fred who you know is in Hospital at Croyd[on?] with Trench Fever. In his letter to me he did not say much
