Pve. a Cable from me saying I was returnsoon which you should have got It was sent, not because of the importance of my possible returning but because, I thought the note for govt line might perhaps turn one wavering voter It did not cost me any thing. I was not going to send one at all though I was told to for 3 days till I found I could by it boost for the Union Govt. it was not of course men as advice to you but I knew you would used it to boost with if it seemed useful. I sent one to M. Davis who I feel sure will vote for conscription & that means more it means that Canada will retain her name as a nation that stays with its obligations. I must write to M D soon to explane it or he will think I am a terrible egoist. Bad but not dishearing news from F today but it helps to show they need us all that like me have no ties & are fit & willing. The MAs are wrong if they foreve me to go back to Canada fefore I have been rendered unfit. it is getting dark & I have no light Wishing you all my friends in Barkerville the Complements of the season & the best of good luck. also my special good wishes & respects to Mrs. Tregillus & your family & good old Billey Mac& his I am yours very truly Ernest Seeley
