We are in a rather hot place now & soon very soon it will be the world beater we belive. Our particular end of it certainly has its work cut out for it. I belive we our unit are going to do something that never had been done before out here or any where else but this army often does things like that. I should like very much to hear that Hopp & gang were busted & gone before we get back as that would bring so many more good jobs open to the returned soldier. Another thing I am fearsome of is that there will be a land staking rush on just before we return so that we shall have to take what is left. I need another ¼ to make a farm of mine & if I had not come here I would have got a C.G. for my present ¼ & staked the one I want near it. The fear that some stay
