Lately we made a long & complicated move & every part of the Journey was provided for to the minute even to the water carts that were waiting for us at one point. 7 to the 6 guides that met us & guided us the last 4 miles we did not know were we were going to & I dont belive any but our higher officer knew. But that is O.K. the thing to notice was that every thing had been provided for. We even work heavy steam road rollers close up to the lines, the supply of shells seems to be ample & as regular as clock work up it goes. at the last place we used to walk up 3 miles each night starting at dark & used to meet the same supply train at certain points at the same spot night after night
