I may help [?], I do not believe that you would want to leave Vancouver. I am sure it appeals to you and I do not wonder. [?] I must confess its charm and your social life and all its conditions affected one tremendously and I do not wonder if you feel that way. I met Mrs. Chaplin a few days ago who was one of the Dunsmuirs of Victoria and she spoke most devotedly of how she loved the coast and all the people there. I fear I am going to have a disconnected letter.
