duties. Whatever happens I hope I can get two or three weeks in England for I have never yet been able to get round to everybody however much I wished. My work is now not burdensome & I can easily get a clear desk by 10 or 10:30 pm taking an hour & a half for dinner. There may be a chance of hearing a good opera here which I am very keen to do.
