and stay where he is. I don't envy him because I should have to have to stay back out of the time but it seems hardly fair that he + others like him should not have to take their soldiering like the rest of us. The Adjutant being under the weather I have taken the Bn in this time + seem to get on all right even with the Bde Major who by the way is the Hon Fras Grosvenor a very good chap.
He was a 'C' Co officer in this Bn + joined in Vnacouver. He took the Bde through the Ypres business + as the Bde + particularly this Bn got all sorts of kudos for that show it may be accepted as a fact that he made good.
He certainly is a worker + does not belong to the class of staff officers who keep away from the front line except when it is perfectly safe.
