There is ample evidence that we shall be well supplied with guns & ammunition this year & there are other very hopeful conditions but the best of all is the spirit of all ranks.

Joe Bridgeman is taking over the Q.M. from Charlie Pooley who is I believe going to Canada.

After tomorrow it will be rather more difficult to write I expect but I will do so when I can. I see there is a paper from Fowkes tonight but I have not yet read it.
