Dear Lindley -

Did you ever see this address before? It tells it's own story doesn't it?

I have been to Leamington to see Auntie Bar - back to town & picked up Joan Crowe whose house I had already been to, took them to dinner & theatre. The next day to Ipswich, saw Milly Geoffry.

Then back to town to tea with Meg & dinner with Will.

Today here where] I find Jack & Bell & Watts besides Uncle Jess & Con & Cecil are to be here for Christmas.

It is rather nice to be one
