feeling rather "fed up" , as he is quite conscience of his abilities as a pilot and it is a sad blow to his pride. I really think it will do him good as he is rather too cocksure of himself and his safety when flying. I have observed that it is when a pilot gets over confident and careless in his flying that he comes to grief nearly every time , and strive to keep this fact in mind ALWAYS.
