The information anD complaint of John M Langley, of Victoria, Chief of Police, taken, this 2nd day of February, A.D. 1904, before the undersigned Police Magistrate, who says that he had just cause to suspect and believe and does suspect and believe that Wong On and Wong Gow of the said City on the 31st day of January, 1904, at_ the City of Victoria aforesaid, did unlawfully murder one Man Quann.
