The jurors for our Lord the King present that Wong On and Wong Gow, at the City of Victoria, in the Province of British Columbia, on or about the thirty-first day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and four, on Mann Quann unlawfully did kill and murder, against the peace of our Lord the King, his crown and dignity:

I hereby direct that the counsel for the Crown at the Victoria spring assizes, 1904, prefer this Bill of Indictment to the Grand Jury.
