INFORMATION AND COMPLAINT for an INDICTABLE OFFENCE.

THE information and complaint of T. W. Bain of Revelstoke taken this Twenty sixth day of January, in the year of OUR Lord on the thousand nine hundred and three before the undersigned one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said County of Kootenay, who saith that Ki Chung, did commit an assault with intent to murder on Wang Depp Chong at Clanwilliam on Saturday January 23rd, 1903 by cutting him the aforesaid Wang Depp Chong with an axe on the head and other injuries to him did do.
