to pay the said Wm. Dodd the sum of Five dollars on or before the Fourteenth day of then next, and also to pay to the said the sum of for his costs on that behalf; and I also thereby adjudged that if the said several sums were not paid on or before the Fourteenth day of then next, the said ? should be imprisoned in the common gaol of the County of Westminster, at Yale, in the said County of Westminster, (and there be kept at hard labour) for the term of Twenty days (20), unless the said several sums (and the costs and charges of conveying the said Ah Wing to the said common gaol, were sooner paid; and whereas the time in and by the said order appointed for the payment of the said several sums of money has elapsed, but the said Ah Wing has not paid the same, or any part thereof, but therein has made default: These are, therefore, to command you, the said Peace Officers, or any of you, to take the said Ah Wing and him safely to convey to the said common gaol at Yale, aforesaid and there to deliver him to the Keeper thereof, together with this Precept: And I do hereby command you, the said Keeper of the said common goal, to receive the said Ah Wing into your custody in the said common gaol, there to imprison him (and keep him at hard labour) for the term of Twenty days, unless the said several sums (and the costs and charges of conveying him to the said common gaol, amounting to the further sum of


), are sooner paid unto you the said Keeper; and for

your so doing, this shall be your sufficient Warrant.
