County of Westminster To wit: The jurors for our Lady the Queen upon their oath present that Chee Cow, Lee Qung, and Wong Ping on the sixteenth day of June, in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two, the shop of Findlay , Durham and Brodie ,situated at Rivers Inlet , feloniously did break and enter with intent the goods and chattels of the said Findlay, Durham and Brodie in the said shop then feloniously to steal ,take and carry away; and one safe of the value of fifty dollars and certain moneys to the amount of 700 dollars of the goods and chattels of the said Findlay, Durham and Brodie, then in the said shop, then feloniously did steal, take and carry away; against the form of the statute in such case and provided and against the peace of Our Lady the Queen her Crown and dignity.
