In going around the corner of the cannery to the spot where I lost his view I saw the deseased laying on the ground dying. He had only staggered about 25 feet and dropped down .The man who I saw in the window the first time was the man who [?] the gun and prepare it for. The same man fired the two shots which I saw. And one of the shots killed the man I saw fall. The man who fired was the same man who I saw leave the China house and run to the woods nearby. And the same man who was taken and sent to New Westminster. The man I saw on the ground dying was the same man I saw fall.
