Rollo Henry, Fairfax being duly sworn deposed

I came to Yale in May last. I work on the Railroad. I was in company with [?] Murray on February 28 last at the Big Tunnel.

I recognize the prisoner King, he was at Big Tunnel City on the 28th February last. I saw Murray purchase a bottle of whiskey of King -bottle produced - that is the bottle. I saw Murray pay $1.45 to King for that bottle. he had no trouble in getting it. I got spirituous liquor from King last summer, and paid him for one bottle $1.50
