Information of Witnesses.

CANADA: PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA County of TO WIT:

INFORMATIONS of witnesses severally taken and acknowledged on behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King, touching the death of Mah Ling at Cumberland, BC in the district of Comox, B.C. in the County of Nanaimo on the 28th day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and 1919 before me, Joseph Shaw, one of His Majesty's Coroners for the said County, on an Inquisition then and there taken on view of the body of the said Mah Ling, then and there lying dead, as follows, to wit:

The plan produced is made from my own measurements which shows the exact place in no 5 mine where Mah Ling met his death on the 28th Jany 1919 the plan is marked Exhibit A
