Inquisition

Province of British Columbia } District of Comox

An Enquisition indented taken at Cumberland British Columbia, the 14 day of August, in the third year of the Reign of our Sovereign King Edward VII, before me, James [?], one of the Coroners for our King, for the District of Comox aforesaid, upon the view of the body of [?] Chi, then and there and within the jurisdiction of the Coroner, lying dead, upon the oaths of Stanley H Riggs [?]ames Reid Daniel Kilpatrick David Daniels Charles H [?]arbell Duncan Bennie and Alexander Mcneil

good and lawful men of Cumberland aforesaid, in the said District of Comox, who being now here sworn and charged to inquire, on the part of our said King, when, where, how, and after what manner the said Chung Chi came to his death, do say upon their oath, that [?] your jury appointed to enquire into the cause of [?] of one Chung Chi
