+ | _______, gentlemen, one of the Actg Coroners for our Lady the Queen, for the Province, aforesaid, upon the view of the body of a Chinaman unknown then and there and within the jurisdiction of the said Actg Coroner, lying dead, upon the oaths of John Pleace, I. S. Bristol, William Teague, Charles Oppenkimer, A. McInnis, L. Oppenheim, I. F. Bassy, Leo Pope, Aaron Ibucou, H. J. Elliot, I?? McDonald & W. C. Berkeley good and lawful men of Yale aforesaid, in the said Province, who being now here sworn and charged to enquire, on the part of our said Lady the Queen, when, where, how, and after what manner, the said Chinaman _________ came to his death, do say upon their oath, that the said Chinaman came by his death from causes unknown. |
