is about Ronald. Probably before this letter reaches you, you may all have had the joy of seeing him again. I was amazed to get a letter from him two nights ago, saying he was sailing immediately (Sat Feb 8th to be correct) for Vladivostock and going by way of Vancouver. Surely he will manage to visit Victoria and look in on you all; what a disappointment it would be if he hasn't the time, but at any rate you will be able to make a trip up to Vancouver if he gives you plenty fo warning, so you are bound to see him. Well, well, just to think the old beggar is off to Russia, his billet as Interpreter for the British Government should be a pretty interesting job I should think. I hope he'll give the Bolsheviks a wide berth though! Russia is in such a hopeless mix up just now to my mind not a very attractive spot until they get some sort of recognised
