INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP FORMS
Note: - DAILY RETURNS in all cases are to be taken from Midnight to Midnight.
FORM L/1. DAILY RETURN OF WORKING PARTIES
A copy of this form should be completed for every working party by the Officer i/c party. "Place where employed." - Where necessary give Map Reference on 1/40,000.

Cols. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, will invariably be completed at all Base Ports and Depots. At other places the information should be inserted when circumstances permit.
