To Staff Paymaster l/c Clearing House Base

For your information please. On the 25th of June 1917 I reported here for duty as O.C. 54th Labour Coy. On arrival I took over from 2nd Lieut M. C. Tozer the sum of Francs 17 & 80 c (seventeen francs & eighty centimes) as money being left over or as owing the Paymaster from his last payment. I wish to point out that I do not hold myself responsible for anything regarding money or clothing before that date 25th June 1917. I am now the Imprest holder & drew from its Field Cashier, XIII Corps the sum of Francs 2775 on 5-7-17, Will you please advise me if I have taken the correct procedure in this matter.
