My servant Vaughan went with me via St POL and finally arrived at ETAPLES about 4 P.M. in the evening. I and another officer of the Northumberland [illegible] rode over to LES TOUQUES and then on to PARIS-PLAGE, two most delightful watering places. Stayed the night at the Officers Club ETAPLES. |

At 3 P.M. we got on a London motor bus and again went via St POL and on to AUBIGNY where we had tea. From there to MAROEUIL to take over the 54 Infantry | + | June 25th Lost Vaughan.
