In Field, France March 3rd ,1917

Dear Fred,

Please accept my most hearty thanks for the Tobacco you so kindly sent me. I have enjoyed several nice smokes since its arrival, which is something I have not been able to get from the tobacco that we get over here.

I sincerely trust that Mrs. Tregillus and the kiddies as well as yourself are enjoying the best of health please convey to them my very best wishes also give my best regards to all the boys.
